Terms & Conditions of Sale

REFUNDS: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OPERATE A REFUND POLICY EXCEPT IN THE SPECIFIC CASES SPECIFIED BELOW.

Tickets

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled. All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced tickets cannot be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please look after them.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets will not be posted out until March 2012.

If you have not received your Rhythm Festivals tickets by April 6th, please email us at rhythmat (at) btconnect.com.

Tickets purchased through the Rhythm Festivals office will be sent out by first class mail. Orders of £500 or more may be sent by recorded delivery. Please give a daytime address where you can sign for them. We do not send tickets to PO Boxes or hotels or other non-specific residences under any circumstances. If your tickets do not arrive, please check with your local sorting office to see if they have been returned. If you have any issues, please email us at rhythmat (at) btconnect.com. For tickets bought from ticket agencies, please check with them directly regarding delivery.

Booking Fees

Tickets purchased through the Rhythm Festivals office via this website will be subject to a charge of £1 per transaction (not per ticket) to help towards processing costs. Ticket agencies will charge a fee per ticket and for the total transaction.

Ticket Touts/ Fake Tickets/ Authorised Sellers

Please note that only the ticket agencies listed on our "Buy Tickets" page are authorised to sell tickets for the Rhythm Festivals Please only buy from these agencies. If you do not, and end up with a fake/ stolen ticket we can not allow you on to the festivals site. This applies equally to tickets purchased from touts on the way to the festivals.

Admission

Rhythm Festivals Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival.

Items You Cannot Bring

The following are not allowed on to any part of the site (including the camping fields and access roads): All illegal items and substances. Fireworks and lasers. Animals. Any item that could be considered a weapon. All unauthorised tape, film or video equipment. In addition, the following items are prohibited from the Festival Arena: Alcoholic drinks. All glass items and bottles. Portable sound systems. Barbecues. Awnings/ tents. Tables and furniture other than small folding chairs. Vehicles, cycles, scooters and motorbikes. Food and drink in excess of what might reasonably be considered sufficient for personal use.

Security & Searches

The Rhythm Festivals security staff will be patrolling the site (including camping areas) 24 hours a day. If you need help or have information, please inform a member of staff. It is a condition of entry that you should allow yourself to be searched by our security staff. In view of what might be construed an offensive weapon, please think carefully about what you pack and carry on your person.

Rhythm Festivals Limited reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever. Rhythm Festivals are operated by Rhythm Festivals Limited. Please refer to the Contacts page for details of how to get in touch with us. The Mansion House, Old Warden Park is operated by Bedford College Services Limited. Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner's risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers and campervans.
