Rhythm Festival offers a range of facilities for people with mobility and other difficulties. Old Warden Park is an accessible venue for visitors with mobility disabilities as the site comprises of gentle inclines and short cut grass plus two indoor stages and the Tavern Bar.

Some parkland areas are slightly hilly (especially in front of the Penrose Stage) but all areas of the site can be readily accessed by wheelchair uses. Although we are not big enough to have dedicated disabled viewing platforms, stewards in the Arena have instructions to accommodate the special needs of wheelchair uses and their carers whenever possible. The indoor stages and Tavern Bar are all wheelchair accessible. Please get in touch by email (see the Contact Us page) if you have specific needs or concerns and we will do our best to help you.

We have a designated flat camping area, disabled toilets and disabled parking. You may park your car next to your tent.

Around the Rhythm Festival site, you will find large format signage, as well as stewards located in key areas to provide any help or information that may be required. Traders are all made aware of the needs of people with disabilities before the event.

Guide dogs are very welcome, but no family pets are not allowed on site: no exceptions.

Disabled camping: a special flat, disabled camping area has been designated, near to the entrance to the arena and close to all amenities. To use it, you must purchase a weekend camping (tent) or campervan ticket and contact us by email (see the Contact Us page) to arrange your inclusion. Disabled camping units will be marked out in advance and we may not be able to offer disabled camping to anyone who just turns up on the day.

Disabled parking: A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available for cars. A Blue Badge does not apply at the festival and does not, on its own, entitle you to disabled parking. Disabled parking must be agreed and accredited by the festival in advance.
Please get in touch by email (see the Contact Us page) to arrange this.

Carer tickets: We do not offer ‘disabled’ tickets. Your ticket will be the same as everyone else’s. Free carer tickets are available for those in receipt in the highest rates of DLA - proof will be required.
Please get in touch by email (see the Contact Us page), once you have bought your own ticket, quoting the reference number of your order.

If during the festival you require any assistance please speak with a Steward or enquire at the Information points on site.
